Miami-Dade Police said two groups of three men were involved in the fight, and officers initially detained one person. Footage showed a man in handcuffs being placed in the back of a Florida City Police car.
Three suspects were eventually arrested and charged in the incident, according to an arrest report and jail records. The alleged gunman, 25-year-old Steve Lestin, was charged with second-degree murder and attempted felony murder, the arrest report said.
Roberto Dionandre Acevedo, 20, and Jimari Castin Hodge, 21, were arrested on battery charges in the incident, records showed. Read more
