Fast Guard Service Last Updated: 9/4/2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the website located
at fastguardservice.com (the “Site”) or engaging Fast Guard Service (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or
“our”) for security guard, fire watch, event security, executive protection, private investigation,
mobile surveillance, CCTV, or related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the
Site, submitting a quote request, or engaging our Services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree
to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or engage our Services.

  1. About Fast Guard Service
Fast Guard Service is a licensed, bonded, and insured private security company providing
armed and unarmed security guards, mobile patrol, fire watch, event security, executive
protection, bodyguard/personal protection, loss prevention, ATM escort, private investigation,
mobile surveillance camera solutions, and CCTV installation services across the United
States. Fast Guard Service holds active licenses in multiple states, including but not limited to
Alabama, Florida, Texas, California, New Jersey, North Carolina, New York, Ohio, Illinois,
Wisconsin, Washington, Louisiana, West Virginia, South Carolina, and Tennessee. License
numbers are published on the Site and are updated periodically; the licenses in effect for a
specific engagement will be confirmed in the applicable service agreement.
Company headquarters: 925 S 21st Ave, Hollywood, FL, United States.
  2. Quote, Approval, and Order Process
2.1 Requesting a Quote. You may request a quote through the Site, the Instant Quote portal,
phone, email, or the Fast Guard mobile application (“App”).
2.2 Review and Approval. Upon submission, we will provide a quote outlining the scope,
duration, and cost of Services. Services are not confirmed until you affirmatively approve the
    quote.
2.3 Payment to Confirm. Following approval, we will issue an invoice. Your order is confirmed
only upon receipt of payment (or, where applicable, an approved purchase order or credit
arrangement). Deployment will not begin prior to confirmed payment unless otherwise agreed
    in writing.

2.4 Deployment. Once payment is confirmed, our Scheduling Department will contact you
with the assigned guard’s name and estimated time of arrival (ETA). Actual arrival times are
estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (traffic, weather, guard
    availability, emergencies).
2.5 App-Based Ordering. Orders placed through the Fast Guard App are subject to these
Terms and any additional in-app terms of use, including terms governing GPS tracking, realtime location sharing, and digital incident reporting.
  3. No Long-Term Contract / Trial Basis
Standard Services are offered on a non-long-term-commitment basis and may be adjusted,
scaled, or discontinued by either party subject to the notice period specified in the applicable
service agreement or invoice. Certain Services (e.g., extended contracts, subcontractor
agreements, or government/enterprise contracts) may be governed by separate written
agreements that take precedence over this Section where they conflict.
  4. Client Responsibilities
    You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete information about the site, event, or individual(s) to be
    protected, including known hazards, risks, or history of incidents;
    Provide safe and lawful access to the premises where Services are to be performed;
Not direct guards to perform acts outside the scope of licensed security services or in
    violation of law;
Promptly pay all invoiced amounts; and
Notify us promptly of any safety concerns, changes in scope, or incidents.
You acknowledge that security personnel act based on the information and access you
provide, and that incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the guard’s ability to
    perform Services effectively.
  5. Nature and Limitations of Security Services
5.1 Security guard, patrol, fire watch, and related Services are deterrent and monitoring
services. They are not a guarantee against theft, property damage, personal injury, fire,
vandalism, civil unrest, or any other loss, and Fast Guard Service does not represent or
warrant that any loss or incident will be prevented.
5.2 Armed security services are provided only where permitted by applicable state and local
law, and only by personnel licensed to carry firearms in that jurisdiction. The use of force by
any guard is governed by applicable law and Company policy, and is exercised at the guard’s
professional judgment in the circumstances presented.
5.3 Fire watch Services are performed in accordance with applicable fire code and insurance
requirements communicated to us in writing by the Client, property owner, or authorities
having jurisdiction. Client is responsible for ensuring underlying fire/life-safety obligations
(e.g., permits, notifications to the fire marshal) are met independently of our Services unless
    expressly included in the engagement.
5.4 Private investigation Services are performed in compliance with applicable state licensing
and privacy laws. Client agrees to use any information or reports obtained only for lawful
    purposes.
  6. Fees, Invoicing, and Payment Terms
6.1 Fees are as stated in your approved quote or service agreement and may include hourly
rates, minimum shift/call-out fees, travel or mileage charges, holiday/overtime rates, and
    applicable taxes.
6.2 Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur interest
and/or late fees as permitted by applicable law, and may result in suspension of Services.
6.3 We reserve the right to require deposits, prepayment, or updated payment information
before deploying or continuing Services, particularly for new clients, large events, or extended
    engagements.
6.4 Disputed charges must be raised in writing within [Insert Number] days of the invoice
    date.
  7. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
7.1 Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing (email or through the
App) as far in advance as possible.
7.2 Cancellations made less than [Insert Number] hours before the scheduled start time may
be subject to a cancellation fee, up to the full cost of the scheduled shift, to cover guard
scheduling and staffing commitments already made.
7.3 Refunds, where applicable, are issued at our discretion and in accordance with the terms
of the specific service agreement or invoice.
  8. Licensing, Insurance, and Bonding
Fast Guard Service maintains applicable state security licenses, general liability insurance,
and bonding as required by the jurisdictions in which it operates. Certificates of insurance or
licensing verification are available upon reasonable request. Coverage limits and specific
policy terms are available directly from Fast Guard Service and are not altered or expanded by
    anything stated on the Site.
  9. Fast Guard App and Technology
9.1 The Fast Guard App provides features including GPS tracking of deployed guards, realtime reporting, and digital incident logs.
9.2 By using the App or otherwise engaging Services that involve location tracking, you
consent to the collection and use of relevant location and operational data as described in our
    Privacy Policy.
9.3 We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the App and are not liable for outages,
data transmission errors, or delays caused by third-party network or device issues.
  10. Independent Contractors and Subcontractors
Services may be performed by Fast Guard Service employees or by properly licensed and
vetted subcontracted security personnel/agencies. References to “guards” in these Terms
include subcontracted personnel operating under Fast Guard Service’s direction for a given
engagement. Fast Guard Service remains responsible for ensuring subcontracted personnel
meet applicable licensing and training requirements.
  11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Fast Guard name and marks, and
the App — is owned by or licensed to Fast Guard Service and is protected by applicable
intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from
Site content without our prior written consent.
  12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAST GUARD SERVICE’S TOTAL LIABILITY
ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE
AMOUNT PAID BY CLIENT FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. FAST
GUARD SERVICE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,
SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST BUSINESS
OPPORTUNITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTHING IN
THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW
(INCLUDING FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, WHERE SUCH
    LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED).
  13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fast Guard Service, its officers, employees,
and subcontracted personnel from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses
(including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b)
inaccurate or incomplete information you provided; (c) unlawful directions given to guards; or
    (d) your negligence or willful misconduct, except to the extent caused by Fast Guard Service’s
    own negligence or willful misconduct.
  14. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, security, or operational
information shared in connection with the Services, and to use such information solely for
purposes of performing or receiving the Services.
  15. Force Majeure
Fast Guard Service is not liable for delays or failure to perform Services due to causes beyond
its reasonable control, including natural disasters, wildfires, severe weather, civil unrest,
government action, pandemics, or infrastructure failures.
  16. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing Services in accordance with the notice terms in the
applicable service agreement. Fast Guard Service reserves the right to suspend or terminate
Services immediately if Client fails to pay amounts due, directs guards to act unlawfully, or
creates an unsafe working environment for personnel.
  17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law
principles, unless a separately executed service agreement specifies otherwise. Any dispute
arising out of these Terms or the Services shall first be addressed through good-faith
negotiation, and if unresolved, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal
courts located in Broward County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
  18. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is
incorporated into these Terms by reference.
  19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a
revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted
constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting an active service
agreement will be communicated directly to affected clients.
  20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions
shall remain in full force and effect.
