Paige Howard, 26, mother of four from Tampa was tragically killed on January 3 in a crash near the Department of Motor Vehicles when her vehicle collided with Gary Manist’s pickup truck from Pasco County – driving at over 100 mph in an otherwise 45 mph zone; witnesses could barely comprehend its danger at that speed.
Howard was making a left turn onto Bougainvillea Avenue when the collision took place near Busch Gardens on McKinley Drive near Orlando.
