According to Pembroke Pines Police, an altercation ensued between the victim and the suspect that escalated into violence as soon as their disagreement escalated further, eventually leading to one firing shots towards the other.
The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment, while her attacker has yet to return from fleeing the scene and remains unknown to authorities, who are actively conducting an investigation and have released no additional details of those involved.
