These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of fastguardservice.com (the “Site”), the Fast Guard mobile application where applicable (the “App”), and security and related services provided by Fast Guard Service (“Fast Guard,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, requesting a quote, approving an order, submitting payment, using the App, or otherwise engaging Fast Guard Service, you (“Client,” “Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Site, App, or Services.
These Terms may be supplemented by a written proposal, quote, invoice, statement of work, service agreement, purchase order accepted by Fast Guard Service, or other written agreement. If a separately executed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separately executed agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.
1. About Fast Guard Service
Fast Guard Service is a licensed, insured, and bonded private security company providing security and related services in jurisdictions where we are authorized to operate.
Services may include, depending on location, licensing, availability, and the scope of the engagement:
- Armed security guards
- Unarmed security guards
- Fire watch services
- Mobile patrol services
- Event security
- Construction site security
- Commercial security
- Residential and condominium security
- Hotel and hospitality security
- Retail and loss-prevention services
- Executive protection
- Bodyguard and personal protection services
- ATM and valuables escort services
- Private investigation services
- Mobile surveillance solutions
- CCTV and security-camera-related services
- Other lawful protective services agreed to in writing

Services are offered only where Fast Guard Service or an authorized service provider holds the licenses, registrations, permits, insurance, or other authorization required by applicable law.
2. Quotes and Service Requests
2.1 Requesting Services
Clients may request Services through the Site, telephone, email, the Fast Guard App, an authorized representative, or another approved communication method.
Submission of a request does not guarantee availability or constitute confirmation of Services.
2.2 Quotes
Fast Guard Service may provide a quote describing anticipated:
- Services
- Staffing
- Location
- Schedule
- Duration
- Rates
- Minimum hours
- Travel or mileage charges
- Overtime or holiday charges
- Equipment costs
- Taxes
- Additional fees
Quotes may be based on information supplied by the Client and may be modified if the scope, circumstances, risk, staffing requirements, schedule, or information provided changes.
2.3 Acceptance
A quote becomes binding only after it is accepted in a manner approved by Fast Guard Service and any required payment, deposit, purchase order, credit approval, or other authorization has been received.
Fast Guard Service may decline an engagement before confirmation for any lawful business, operational, licensing, staffing, safety, or compliance reason.
3. Payment and Deployment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment may be required before personnel are deployed.
After an order is confirmed, Fast Guard Service will coordinate personnel and provide scheduling or deployment information when available.
Any estimated time of arrival or deployment time is an estimate only.
Actual deployment may be affected by circumstances including:
- Traffic
- Weather
- Guard availability
- Client changes
- Emergency conditions
- Licensing requirements
- Site-access restrictions
- Government actions
- Road closures
- Public emergencies
- Circumstances outside Fast Guard Service’s reasonable control
Fast Guard Service does not guarantee a specific arrival time unless expressly agreed in writing.
4. No Long-Term Commitment Unless Agreed
Many Fast Guard Service assignments are available on a short-term or temporary basis and do not require a long-term contract.
However, some assignments may be governed by:
- Minimum-hour requirements
- Minimum-shift requirements
- Advance-notice requirements
- Recurring-service agreements
- Government contracts
- Enterprise agreements
- Subcontracting agreements
- Statements of work
- Other written service agreements
The applicable quote or written agreement will control where its terms differ from this Section.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide Fast Guard Service with accurate and complete information necessary to perform the Services.
The Client is responsible for:
- Accurately identifying the service location
- Providing lawful access to the property
- Identifying known hazards and dangerous conditions
- Disclosing relevant threats or prior incidents
- Providing accurate scheduling information
- Identifying applicable property rules and procedures
- Providing emergency and management contacts
- Informing Fast Guard Service of material changes in circumstances
- Paying all amounts due
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations
- Obtaining permits, approvals, notices, or authorizations that are the Client’s responsibility
Clients may not instruct Fast Guard Service personnel to engage in unlawful conduct or activities outside the lawful and agreed scope of the engagement.
Fast Guard Service may refuse any instruction that it reasonably believes is unlawful, unsafe, unethical, outside the agreed scope, or inconsistent with applicable licensing requirements.
6. Scope and Limitations of Security Services
Security services are designed to deter, observe, monitor, report, respond, and perform other agreed protective functions.
Security services cannot eliminate all risk.
Fast Guard Service does not guarantee that its Services will prevent:
- Theft
- Fire
- Property damage
- Trespassing
- Vandalism
- Assault
- Injury
- Criminal conduct
- Civil disturbance
- Unauthorized access
- Loss of property
- Business interruption
- Any other harmful event
The presence of a security officer or other protective service does not constitute a guarantee against loss.
7. Armed Security Services
Armed security services are provided only where permitted by applicable law and only by personnel appropriately licensed, credentialed, or authorized for the assignment.
All decisions concerning the possession, display, or use of a weapon and the use of force are governed by applicable law, licensing requirements, training standards, Company policy, and the circumstances confronting the security professional.
A Client may not direct security personnel to use unlawful force or take unlawful enforcement action.
8. Fire Watch Services
Fast Guard Service may provide fire watch services for situations including:
- Fire alarm system impairment
- Sprinkler system impairment
- Fire protection equipment outages
- Construction
- Renovation
- Hot work
- Temporary life-safety system shutdowns
- Conditions requiring fire watch by an authority having jurisdiction
Fire watch services are monitoring and reporting services and are not a substitute for functioning fire suppression, fire alarm, sprinkler, or other required life-safety systems.
Unless expressly included in the written scope of work, the Client remains responsible for:
- Notifying the fire marshal or other authority having jurisdiction
- Obtaining required permits
- Maintaining required fire protection equipment
- Repairing impaired systems
- Complying with applicable fire codes
- Determining whether fire watch is required
- Providing Fast Guard Service with any site-specific instructions issued by authorities
Fast Guard Service will perform agreed fire watch duties based on applicable requirements communicated to us and the scope of the engagement.
9. Private Investigation Services
Private investigation services are available only where permitted by law and where appropriate licensing requirements are satisfied.
Clients requesting investigative services represent that the requested investigation has a lawful purpose.
Clients agree not to use Fast Guard Service to:
- Harass another person
- Violate privacy laws
- Unlawfully obtain protected information
- Stalk or intimidate another person
- Circumvent legal restrictions
- Facilitate illegal conduct
Fast Guard Service may decline or terminate any investigative assignment that raises legal, ethical, or safety concerns.
10. Rates, Fees, and Invoicing
Fees will be stated in the applicable quote, invoice, proposal, or service agreement.
Charges may include:
- Hourly rates
- Minimum shift charges
- Minimum service charges
- Emergency or expedited deployment fees
- Overtime
- Holiday rates
- Travel
- Mileage
- Parking
- Lodging
- Equipment charges
- Administrative costs
- Applicable taxes
- Other agreed expenses
Unless otherwise stated in writing, invoices are due upon receipt.
Fast Guard Service may require:
- Advance payment
- Deposits
- Credit-card authorization
- Approved purchase orders
- Credit approval
- Updated payment information
Failure to make payment when due may result in suspension or termination of Services.
Late fees or interest may be charged where permitted by applicable law and stated in the applicable agreement or invoice.
11. Billing Disputes
Clients should review invoices promptly.
Any billing dispute must be submitted in writing within the period stated on the applicable invoice or service agreement.
The notice should identify:
- The disputed invoice
- The disputed amount
- The reason for the dispute
- Relevant supporting documentation
The Client remains responsible for any undisputed amounts while a billing dispute is being reviewed.
12. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling requests should be submitted in writing as early as possible.
A cancellation or schedule change may result in fees when Fast Guard Service has already:
- Scheduled personnel
- Reserved staffing
- Incurred travel expenses
- Committed equipment
- Declined other assignments
- Begun mobilization
- Deployed personnel
Applicable cancellation fees and notice periods will be stated in the quote, invoice, or service agreement.
For emergency, same-day, overnight, holiday, special-event, or high-demand assignments, charges may become non-refundable after personnel have been committed or dispatched.
13. Refunds
Refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances and the applicable quote, invoice, or written service agreement.
Payments for Services already performed are non-refundable except where required by law.
Fast Guard Service may deduct charges for Services performed, staffing commitments, expenses incurred, administrative charges, or other amounts properly due before issuing any approved refund.
14. Licensing, Insurance, and Bonding
Fast Guard Service maintains licensing, insurance, and bonding applicable to the jurisdictions and Services in which it operates.
Licenses and requirements vary by state and locality.
Upon reasonable request, Fast Guard Service may provide available licensing verification or certificates of insurance applicable to a particular engagement.
Information displayed on the Site regarding licensing or insurance is provided for informational purposes and does not modify, increase, or expand actual insurance coverage, policy limits, legal obligations, or licensing authority.
15. Fast Guard App and Technology
Fast Guard Service may use technology to support operational management and service delivery.
Available features may include:
- GPS-based guard location information
- Electronic timekeeping
- Guard check-ins
- Incident reports
- Activity reports
- Digital logs
- Photo documentation
- Client communications
- Dispatch information
- Other operational data
Use of the App may be subject to additional terms and our Privacy Policy.
Technology services may occasionally be interrupted by:
- Cellular-network failures
- Internet outages
- GPS limitations
- Hardware problems
- Third-party service disruptions
- Maintenance
- Device failures
- Circumstances outside Fast Guard Service’s control
Fast Guard Service does not guarantee continuous or error-free availability of technological systems.
16. Electronic Communications
By submitting contact information to Fast Guard Service, you consent to receiving communications related to your inquiry, quote, account, Services, scheduling, billing, safety, and operations through appropriate channels.
Communications may include:
- Telephone calls
- Emails
- SMS or text messages
- App notifications
Marketing communications, where used, will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any available opt-out rights.
17. Employees and Subcontractors
Services may be performed by Fast Guard Service personnel or, where permitted, by properly licensed, insured, qualified, or vetted subcontractors or partner agencies.
The use of subcontractors may depend on:
- Location
- Licensing jurisdiction
- Staffing availability
- Assignment requirements
- Client needs
- Applicable law
Fast Guard Service will require personnel performing regulated security duties to meet applicable licensing requirements for the jurisdiction and assignment.
18. Site Access and Working Conditions
The Client must provide a reasonably safe working environment.
Fast Guard Service may suspend or terminate Services if personnel encounter conditions that create an unreasonable risk of harm, including:
- Undisclosed hazardous materials
- Structural dangers
- Uncontrolled violence
- Unlawful activity
- Unsafe equipment
- Threats against personnel
- Dangerous animals
- Other material safety hazards
Emergency withdrawal of personnel for safety reasons will not necessarily relieve the Client of payment obligations already incurred.
19. Incident Reporting and Evidence
Security personnel may prepare:
- Daily activity reports
- Incident reports
- Fire watch logs
- Photographs
- Videos
- Access-control records
- Other operational documentation
Records remain subject to applicable law, Company retention policies, contractual requirements, and privacy obligations.
Fast Guard Service does not guarantee that every event will be observed, photographed, recorded, or documented.
20. Emergency Situations and Law Enforcement
Fast Guard Service personnel are private security professionals and are not police officers, firefighters, emergency medical providers, or government officials unless separately authorized by law.
Where appropriate, security personnel may contact:
- Police
- Fire departments
- Emergency medical services
- Property management
- Client representatives
- Other appropriate authorities
Fast Guard Service does not control the response time or actions of governmental or emergency agencies.
21. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Site, App, branding, content, software, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, service marks, trademarks, reports, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Fast Guard Service unless otherwise stated.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Fast Guard Service intellectual property to the Client.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, license, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected Fast Guard Service materials without prior written authorization, except as permitted by law.
22. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential or sensitive information relating to:
- Security procedures
- Property operations
- Business operations
- Clients
- Personnel
- Access procedures
- Investigations
- Incidents
- Technology
- Other non-public matters
Each party agrees to use reasonable measures to protect confidential information and to use it only for purposes related to the Services, except where disclosure is required by law.
23. Privacy
Fast Guard Service’s collection, use, storage, and handling of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that personal information they provide to Fast Guard Service has been collected and disclosed lawfully.
24. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE, APP, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS EXCEPT FOR EXPRESS OBLIGATIONS SET FORTH IN A WRITTEN SERVICE AGREEMENT.
FAST GUARD SERVICE DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.
NOTHING IN THIS SECTION LIMITS RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
25. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FAST GUARD SERVICE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE, APP, SERVICES, OR THESE TERMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FAST GUARD SERVICE’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR ENGAGEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CLIENT TO FAST GUARD SERVICE FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT LEGALLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.
26. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fast Guard Service and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and authorized subcontractors from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from:
- The Client’s breach of these Terms or an applicable service agreement;
- Materially inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the Client;
- Unlawful instructions issued by the Client;
- Unsafe conditions created or controlled by the Client;
- The Client’s negligence or willful misconduct; or
- The Client’s violation of applicable law.
This Section does not require indemnification for liability that applicable law prohibits from being transferred.
27. Force Majeure
Fast Guard Service is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
Such events may include:
- Hurricanes
- Floods
- Wildfires
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Civil unrest
- Riots
- Labor disruptions
- Government orders
- Pandemics
- Transportation disruptions
- Telecommunications failures
- Utility failures
- Infrastructure failures
- Acts of terrorism
- War
- Other extraordinary circumstances
Fast Guard Service will use commercially reasonable efforts to communicate material disruptions and resume Services when reasonably possible.
28. Suspension and Termination
Fast Guard Service may suspend or terminate Services when:
- Required payments are not made
- The Client breaches these Terms
- Personnel are placed in unsafe conditions
- The Client requests unlawful activity
- Required licensing or authorization is unavailable
- Continuing the engagement would violate applicable law
- The Client materially changes the scope without agreement
- Other grounds stated in the service agreement apply
Ongoing Services may otherwise be terminated according to the notice requirements contained in the applicable quote or service agreement.
Termination does not eliminate obligations that accrued before termination.
29. Governing Law
Except where a separate written agreement provides otherwise or applicable law requires another result, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
30. Dispute Resolution and Venue
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve disputes through direct negotiation.
Unless prohibited by applicable law or modified by a separately executed agreement, disputes arising from these Terms or Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
Each party retains any rights that cannot legally be waived.
31. No Waiver
A failure by Fast Guard Service to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Any waiver must be expressly made in writing by an authorized representative of Fast Guard Service.
32. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Where legally permissible, an invalid provision will be interpreted or modified to most closely reflect its intended lawful effect.
33. Assignment
The Client may not assign its rights or obligations under an active service agreement without Fast Guard Service’s prior written consent where such consent is permitted by law.
Fast Guard Service may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, affiliate arrangement, or other lawful business transaction.
34. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the applicable:
- Quote
- Proposal
- Invoice
- Statement of work
- Service agreement
- Privacy Policy
- App terms
- Other incorporated written documents
constitute the agreement between the parties regarding the applicable subject matter.
Representations not included in an authorized written agreement do not modify these Terms.
35. Changes to These Terms
Fast Guard Service may update these Terms periodically.
Changes will be posted on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Site or Services following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
Where a material change affects an existing written service agreement, the terms of that agreement will continue to govern unless modified in accordance with that agreement.
