Michael Angelo Figueroa-Hernandez, charged with assaulting a woman in broad daylight in Pinecrest earlier today, was taken into custody on Sunday by Pinecrest police, and they immediately provided no details about what had occurred.

Figueroa-Hernandez fled the scene after the alleged assault and was later located at a hospital in Palm Beach County. Police, working together with Atlantis’ Police Department, successfully tracked him down and took him into custody.

Figueroa-Hernandez was charged with assault following her involvement with the assault, although details regarding specific charges weren’t made public in her initial report.
