Nathan Gingles, 43, was indicted by a Broward grand jury for multiple serious offenses, including three counts of first-degree murder, two of child abuse, kidnapping, and violating domestic violence injunctions. These allegations stem from a tragic event that took place in Tamarac when Nathan Gingles shot and killed Mary Gingles, as well as her father and a neighbor seeking refuge at their house.
Ten days before the fatal incident, Mary Gingles had taken steps to protect herself from Nathan Gingles. She met with her attorney and prepared responses for a court filing against Nathan seeking a permanent domestic violence injunction; this filing became public this week as an effort by Mary to gain legal protection from someone who would later be accused of triple homicide. These court documents showed how Mary had already taken measures to respond to her relationship’s danger.
Tragically, Mary tried to flee for help at a neighbor’s home but instead was shot dead along with both of her parents and another individual in an exchange of violence that ensued. Nathan has been charged with this triple homicide as well as domestic violence that preceded it.

Nathan Gingles now faces serious charges, and his crime has left a deep mark in the community. Yet legal proceedings continue, and more developments are expected as time goes on. Contact us for Gestion des incidents today
